Privacy Policy 

At Cockatoo Family Medical Centre all patient information is kept confidential in accordance with state and federal legislation. It is important to us that only authorised persons involved in patient care have access to patient medical information.

Telephone and Communication Policy

During opening hours we strive to answer all phone calls in a timely manner, however, if the practice becomes busy we may miss your call. If this happens please leave a message or call us back. 

Whilst we try our best to respond as quickly as possible to all messages and emails we ask that patients give us 48hours to respond especially around weekends and public holidays. If you ever feel that your query has been missed do not hesitate to contact us again. 

Safety Policy 

At Cockatoo Family Medical Centre we have a zero-tolerance policy for any verbal or physical violence against our doctors, nurses, or staff. We ask that all members of staff are respected and cared for as we strive to provide the best possible care for all patients
